The Shanghai Sawi Bunga is a close relative to its local counterpart the Choy Sum. The main difference of the Shanghai Sawi Bunga are the yellow flowers that sometimes appear from the stem! It tastes sweet, judicious, and crispy. And it is very delicious when you boil or steam it, or stir-fry it, just like the Choy Sum!
